TEACHER LETICIA OF VIRGIN GORDA DIES

The teaching fraternity has lost another teacher.
This time Teacher Leticia Lennard of Virgin Gorda has died.
She died on 7th October 2020.
Education Minister Dr. Nathalio Wheatley said he is saddened to learn about the untimely passing of another teacher, who taught for 31 years.
Ninth District Representative, Vincent Wheatley said that the Virgin Gorda Community and indeed the BVI mourn the loss of another Education stalwart, Leticia Lennard.
Minister Wheatley said that on 6th February 2020, the entire Government visited with her and prayed and sang with her. These special and precious moments will always be remembered. She was an awesome person and a very special friend.
He offered sincere condolences to the Lennard family and the North Sound Community.
