TWISM Entertainment Group Inc. (“FUZE”, “we”, “us”) runs FUZE 106.9 FM, Grown & Sexy Radio, the website letsfuzevi.com and the FUZE Radio apps for iPhone, iPad and Android. This policy explains what information we collect through the website and apps, how we use it, and the choices you have.

Information you give us

  • Contest entries. When you enter a contest we collect your name, phone number, email address and your answer to the contest question.
  • Surveys. When you answer a survey we collect your name, email address and your answers.
  • Contact form and messages. If you use our contact form, email us or message us on WhatsApp or social media, we receive your name, contact details and what you write.

Information collected automatically

  • Listening. Our live streams are delivered by our streaming provider, radio.co. Like any streaming service, it receives your device’s IP address and basic technical details so it can send you the audio and count listeners.
  • Website. Our web server keeps standard logs (IP address, browser type, pages visited, date and time). The website uses cookies and Jetpack Stats (by Automattic) to understand how visitors use the site.
  • On your device. The apps remember which contests and surveys you have already entered. This stays on your phone and is not sent to us.

The apps do not use analytics or advertising trackers, do not collect your location, contacts or photos, and do not require an account.

How we use it

  • To run contests: check entries, pick and contact winners, and deliver prizes.
  • To understand our audience through survey results.
  • To answer your messages.
  • To keep the website, streams and apps working and secure.

We may announce a contest winner’s name on air or on our website and social media. We will not send you marketing messages unless you ask to receive them.

Who we share it with

We do not sell your personal information. We share it only with:

  • Service providers that host and run our services for us, such as our web host and radio.co, who may use it only to provide those services.
  • A contest sponsor, when needed to deliver a prize you won.
  • Authorities, when the law requires it.

How long we keep it

We keep contest entries and survey responses for as long as we need them to run the contest or survey and keep reasonable records, then delete them. You can ask us to delete your information at any time.

Your choices

You can ask us what information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Email info@letsfuzevi.com with the subject “Privacy request” and we will respond within 30 days. You can turn off cookies in your browser, though parts of the website may not work.

Children

Our website and apps are not directed at children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect information from them. If you believe a child has sent us information, contact us and we will delete it.

Security

We use reasonable measures to protect your information, including encrypted connections (HTTPS) between the apps and our website. No method of sending or storing data is completely secure.

Links to other sites

The website and apps link to other services, such as Facebook, Instagram, X and WhatsApp. Their own privacy policies apply when you use them.

Changes to this policy

We may update this policy. We will post the new version here with a new “Last updated” date.
