PREMIER FAHIE SEES THE GAMING INDUSTRY AS ONE THAT WOULD BENEFIT THE LOCAL PEOPLE

Premier and Minister of Finance Andrew Fahie believes that a properly regularized industry in the BVI, presents a lot of opportunities for the local people.
The Premier’s comments were made in the House of Assembly last week as he moved a motion for the second and third readings of the Virgin Islands Gaming and Betting Control Amendment Act 2021.
He said the income to be derived from Gaming will among other things significantly boost tourism.
According to Premier Fahie, for too long there has been only talk and the people want action.
