POLICE SEEKING THE PUBLIC’S ASSISTANCE IN LOCATING THE DRIVER INVOLVED IN HIT AND RUN ACCIDENT

Police are seeking the public’s assistance in locating the driver of a hit and run accident recently.
Police say that on Tuesday, June 30, at about 11:00PM, a pedestrian was walking along the East End Public Road, in the vicinity of 5 Girls General Store, when he was struck by a white car.
As a result, he sustained injuries and was taken to Dr. D. Orlando Smith Hospital where he was treated and discharged.
The RVIPF is seeking the public’s assistance and anyone with information pertaining to the incident is asked to contact the RVIPF at its three-digit access number 311 or the East End Police Station 368-9742 or 368-9704.
