POLICE SEEK THE PUBLIC’S HELP IN RECAPTURING ESCAPED PRISONER

An escaped prisoner is on the run who is suspected in a number of burglaries.
The Royal Virgin Islands Police Force says it is asking for the public’s help in recapturing escaped prisoner Kurt Rabsatt.
Police say Rabsatt, 36, of Long Look fled from a police vehicle as he was being escorted into the East End Police Station.
According to Police Rabsatt was last seen in the Long Look area close to the Stickett.
He was last known to be employed at Scrub Island as a landscaper. He frequents the general East End, Stickette, 42nd Street areas. Anyone who has seen Kurt Rabsatt or know his whereabouts is asked to contact the East End Police Station directly at 368-9742 or call the RVIPF three-digit access number at 311.
