Pier Park Tenants to make representation on the resumption of normal rent, CEO makes their position clear

Tenants at the Cyril B Romney Tortola Pier Park are said to be preparing to make representation to the government to address their concerns about the resumption of normal rent.
Chief Executive Officer at CBRTPP Vance Lewis said he wants to ensure that in the interest of fairness, he gets the Pier Park side of the story out.
Lewis said in 2019 a new board took over oversight at Pier Park operations, where the director met with each tenant and listened to their concerns, and following those meetings, actions were agreed upon.
Lewis said that tenants who are considering leaving, can formally request to break their lease and consideration would be given accordingly.
The CEO said that all vacancies would be put up for rent as they have a strong demand for locals who are operating from elsewhere who want to operate from Tortola Pier Park, as well as existing tenants looking to expand their operations.
