“One Kind Word”, that’s the theme for the observance of Anti Bullying through Saturday, October 23”.
Education Minister Dr. Natalio Wheatley, said that unfortunately, in the Virgin Islands they too have had incidents of bullying which have resulted in significant harm to children.
Minister Wheatley said that bullying can have a terrible effect on children and their families, and they must not give up in their attempts to combat it, especially now, when children are going through a very tough period in their life.”
