Parents joined teachers of the Jost Van Dyke Primary School and protested outside the institution this morning for what they termed is the deplorable conditions there.
Representative for the Second District -Melvin Mitch Turnbull who was part of the protest action says he continues to bring the condition of the school to the attention of Education Minister Dr Natalio Wheatley but according to him nothing is being done to correct the situation.
Turnbull says when school reopened a few days ago, students were told to return to classrooms of mould and exposed electrical wires which opened them to danger. He says the teachers and parents at a meeting decided to remove the students from the school until the situation is remedied.
