Online work permit system officially launched

Premier Andrew Fahie has hailed the launching of the online Work Permit System as it comes at a time when they must do business differently living and working in the New Regular with COVID-19.

During the launch on Monday, Premier Fahie said having seen it in action, they can all agree that it is an important development in the transformation of Government services. He said this is the first step in being able to offer more e-Government services which will ensure continuous and easy to access services for the people of the Virgin Islands and those that want to work and invest here. And Deputy Labour Commissioner Michelle Mc Clean says that the benefits of the online work permit system are tremendous.
