NIGHTCLUBS AND ENTERTAINMENT CENTRES FULLY RE-OPEN BUT IT MUST BE WITH ONLY FULLY VACCINATED STAFF AND PATRONS

All Nightclubs and Entertainment Centers have been given the green light to re-open, however they are subject to certain conditions.
Based on the New Public Health Measures which came into force on September 16th and gazette on September 17th all businesses may reopen.
However, the measures say that all staff working at a nightclub or an Entertainment Centre shall be fully vaccinated; and (b) all patrons in a nightclub or an Entertainment Centre shall be fully vaccinated and mus provide proof of such.
The new measure also says that Prior to being lawfully detained, someone arrested, they are required to take a Covid-19 rapid test, unless the Attorney General advises otherwise.
This was signed by the Health minister Carvin Malone.
And a new curfew from 1am to 5am took effect from September 19th until October 3rd in the first instance.
