MORE THAN 600 EXPIRED ASTRAZENECA VACCINES DUMPED

As the fight continues against the Covid-19 pandemic, one of the things health officials dreaded the most, has had to be done, the dumping of vaccines which have expired.
During a live update last Friday, the Health Minister Carvin Malone expressed gratitude to all those who answered the call and made getting vaccinated not just a personal choice to protect themselves but considered the positive effects that their vaccination status will have on the community. Minister Malone said they are now at a total of 16,590 fully and partially vaccinated persons, which when completed because currently were are at 12,187 fully vaccinated persons and 4,403 partially vaccinated persons; when completed will put us at 55 percent margin.
He said this is good towards the 75 percent that they require in order to reach or be deemed with herd immunity, however he is regretful that they had to dump vaccines.
