GOVERNMENT SAYS THE PROCUREMENT ACT IS ANOTHER MEASURE OF GOOD GOVERNANCE

Premier and Minister of Finance -Andrew Fahie believes that bringing the Public Procurement Act, 2021 to the House of Assembly for its second and third reading is just another act of good governance in the territory.
In presenting the act on Monday November 1st, Premier Fahie says this act is finally brought to the House after much work and attempts by previous governments.
He said everyone needs a procurement system that has the confidence of the people.
