Deputy Premier and Culture Minister Dr. Nathalio Wheatley says there has been a re-awakening Virgin Islands spirit and there is a need for them to know and appreciate their history and culture.
Dr. Wheatley made those comments on Sunday, during the reenactment of the 1949 march.
