Carib Wave 2020

On Tuesday March 10th, The Fuze had Chrystal Chanyuck-Abel from DDM in to speak about the Caribe Wave 2020. March is their Tsunami Awareness Annual Campaign and Regional exercise. Every March DDM gets all the schools, government offices and everyone else in the community to participate and practice what they would do during an actual earthquake and tsunami. This exercise takes place on March 19th 2020 at approximately 10:00am. Listen for the sirens, read your alerts and move to higher ground. The more that persons practice, the safer they are in the event of these natural disasters. The Fuze urges everyone to take part in this exercise.
