BVI TAKES CARIFESTA IN TRINIDAD

The British Virgin Islands team is off to the Annual Caribbean Festival of Arts CARIFESTA XIV held in Trinidad and Tobago. Some 19 delegates departed the territory yesterday, including the Honourable Minister of Culture, Dr. Natalio Wheatley.
The group comprised of individuals versed in the various areas of arts such as poetry, fashion design, filming, photography, visual arts, music, literature amongst many others. The team will participate in 10 days of workshops and seminars related to each of their crafts.
