And speaking just hours before the Education Minister addressed the territory, Talk Show host Claude Skelton Cline said since the hurricanes of September 2017, the education system in the BVI has been in shambles. During his programme ‘Honestly Speaking’, Skelton Cline said the education of the territory’s children should have been given more priority.
