Second District representative Melvin Mitch Turnbull in debating the Virgin Islands Investment Bill says the reason why the BVI is where it is today is because the people have held on to the things they own.
He says it’s because of the work of local investors that own the many hotels, guest houses and villas, who have laid the foundation for the development of this territory.
He questioned how are these people going to be involved and at the table to take advantage of this act.
